Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo is the subject of interest from Spanish La Liga sides Leganes and Real Valladolid.
Omeruo who is on the books of Chelsea was not in actions as they beat Huddersfield Town 3-0 in their Premier League opener.
The 24-year-old has resumed training with Chelsea but is reportedly not in Maurizio Sarri’s plan for the season as he is behind senior defender David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger, and Gary Cahill.
According to a report by Spanish media outlet AS, Omeruo is wanted by Spanish sides Leganes, Real Valladolid as they aim to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.
The Super Eagles defender was on loan at Kasimpasa last season and several Turkish sides such as Goztepe, Bursaspor, and Besiktas are also reportedly interested in his services following his performance in the league.
Since he since for Chelsea from Standard Liege in 2014, he is yet to make an appearance in a competitive game for The Blues.
Omeruo played in two of the Super Eagles group stage matches at the 2018 FIFA World Cup and is expected to complete a move before the end of the summer transfer window.
